Facilities
& Operations

Efficient
logistics is the corner stone in the grain business
and Ajwa Grain, realizing this point, and in order to
offer a smooth service to it's customers the company
has from the outset established handling terminals strategically
located in both sides of Saudi Arabia namely, Jeddah
and Yanbu along the Red Sea coast and Dammam on the
coast of the Arabian Gulf.

Jeddah
Ajwa
Grain owns and operates a silo facility with a storage
capacity of 120,000 tons inside Jeddah port. The facility
is located opposite berth 3 which has a draft of 13
m and can easily accommodate a cape size vessel of 100,000
tons.
The
company has invested in fast ship un-loaders. These
equipments can discharge at a rate of 800 tons per hour
to the facility through a set of mobile conveyors. If
the customer requires bagging the grain then it is possible
to cater for this requirement using the company's newly
built bagging facility with it's 7 bagging lines that
can bag in various sizes from 20KG to 1000 KG.
For non-flowing commodities like SBM, Ajwa Grain operates
a self-loading warehouse with a capacity of 30,000 tons.

Yanbu
Ajwa
Grain operates the bulk-handling terminal inside Yanbu
Commercial Port as part of a 10-year concession that
the sister company Ajwa Port Services has, to manage
and operate the entire port.
This
facility is composed of a Siwertell fast ship un-loader
connected to 2 concrete silos that has a combined capacity
of 40,000 tons.

Dammam
In
order to efficiently service the customers who are located
in the Eastern and Central regions of Saudi Arabia,
Ajwa Grain operates a storage terminal located just
outside Dammam port. This facility can store up to 40,000
tons.
A
modern fleet of delivery trucks is in order and due
to be fully operational by year-end. This will ensure
a smooth and reliable service to the customers.
